Welcome to the Samson IT Xelion information page about the Teamleader integration!
How does the integration work?
- Automatically adds and updates contacts and companies in the Xelion address book
- Allows you to make calls from your Xelion address book
- Start a conversation directly from Teamleader using the Xelion softphone
- Automatically opens Teamleader customer card with an incoming call using the Xelion softphone
What do you need?
- Teamleader account
- Xelion VoIP telephone solution
- SmartXPS Xelion services account
What steps do you have to do to activate the integration?
- Log in to your Teamleader account.
- Go to marketplace.
- Choose “Xelion link”.
- Choose “Add” -> you will be taken to the Teamleader management page.
- Allow Samson IT to retrieve information from your Teamleader system.
- Log in at https://apps.smartxps.com with your Samson IT Xelion services account or create a free trial account.
- After confirming your account you will be taken to the Xelion services configuration page.
- Enter your Xelion account with which we can talk to your Xelion solution. We recommend creating a separate Teamleader API account with executive rights in Xelion.
- After saving your integration is active. From now on, every person / company that you add to Teamleader or adjust will also be added or adjusted in Xelion.
Activate pop-up in Xelion
- Login to your Xelion exchange with the administrator account.
- Go to “Administration” -> “Triggers”
- Create a new trigger in Xelion so that the company card appears automatically
- Type: Call connected
- Action: Open document
- Value: https://apps.smartxps.com/redirect/${remoteAddressable:x1syncid}
- Condition: (${callId} != “”) and (${callLog:incoming} = “1”) and (${remoteAddressable:x1syncid} != null)
- Active: tick.
